 1.5  years using School POS (Positive Retail Manager).

Queen Creek School Store has a Hybrid POS Station with option to use either a Smart-Keyboard or Touch-Monitor Sales Interface,  The rear Customer Monitor displays Sales Transactions, a Store Logo & Marketing messages (rotating picture slides). Bar-codes are scanned effortlessly with the Fast, Orbit Omni-Scanner. If a Food, Beverage, Spirit, Apparel or School-Supply item does not have a Bar-code, then the Cashier can select a Button on the Touch-Screen or Smart-Keyboard. Some hot buttons represent COMBO DEALS which will allow the cashier to select a package of several pre-defined items at a planned Discount.  

 Students have created Combo Meals named after School personalities: 

Watchful Eye (Parking Lot Guard) & Chuck Norris (Hall Guard)

Q.R. Codes are also posted so students can Cell-Phone Scan for special School-Store deals.

 9 years using School POS. The students have learned well how to run a professional business. Since their move to a New Store, location (near cafeteria), they can now accommodate the increase customer flow (students & teachers). With 3 front POS Stations, sales of healthy food & beverage items, as well as school-spirited apparel items can be processed fast and efficiently. Back-Office Accounting, Reports, Graphs, and Bar-Code Labels can be generated effortlessly at their 4th Manager's station.

Abe's Corner upgraded to the new, POSitive Retail Manager Software and took advantage of all the POS sales features it had to offer:

2-POS Stations use the Smart-Keyboard, Sales Interface, 1-POS Station uses a Touch-Screen Monitor with a rear, Customer Monitor for Marketing messages    (similar  to a Digital Sign). All 3 POS Stations have the Fast, Orbit Omni-Scanner. All 3 POS Stations can send Food Prep Items to a Video Bump Bard (like McDonalds) where students make the Food Order & when done, Bump it off the Screen where it Prints a Prep-Ticket. The customer pickups the Food Order @ a Window and the employee matches the Prep-ticket # with the customer's invoice #. Very Cool-!
